更年期幾歲開始?

男性更年期的症狀包括新陳代謝下降、精神、活力、體力、耐力、腦力下降,甚至性慾和勃起功能也會衰退。而因為代謝下降,導致體重體脂肪增加、腰圍變粗、血壓血糖膽固醇上升造成三高問題。

無論男女性,當進入更年期並開始經歷這些症狀時,這對生活品質確實會產生很大的影響。
